The recipes here are not all that exciting and do not start with original ingredients (ie. cream, mushrooms, flour instead of cream of mushroom soup). The charts for planning and the references for how many Tablespoons you can get from an ounce of a particular spice make it worth they buy. I just haven't used any of the actual recipes! Also, if you are looking for recipes to just assemble ahead of time, note that these recipes have you cook a lot of the ingredients before assembling and freezing the meals.
